Shipping

Orders are packed and dispatched within 24–48 hours via Shiprocket. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking link via SMS/email once your order is on the way.

Shipping is free on every order — no minimum, no hidden charges.

Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with what you receive. If something is not right, you can request a return or exchange of any unused item in its original condition within 7 days of delivery.

• Open the order on your account page and file a return or exchange request.
• Every request is reviewed by our team before anything moves — you will hear back quickly.
• Once a request has been decided, it can't be re-filed online for the same order — contact support and we'll help with anything further.
• We arrange a doorstep pickup wherever reverse service is available.
• Refunds are credited back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after the item reaches us. Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded manually via UPI or bank transfer, which can take a little longer.

Received a damaged product? Message us within 48 hours with a photo and we will send a replacement immediately.
